Reed Further Education are a leading recruitment agency working with Colleges, Prisons, Universities, and Training Providers across the UK. We are Currently looking for a talented Learner Progress Coodinators to join our team and help us deliver high-quality support to learners.

Experience and Qualifications Necessary

• Experience supporting young people or adults within an education, training, or youth support environment.
• Strong understanding of learner engagement, attendance monitoring, and progress tracking.
• Ability to build positive relationships with learners and support their personal and academic development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of learners effectively.
• Strong IT skills and experience using databases and learner management systems.
