CRM Manager - #2142004

Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a well-established, multi-site retail business to recruit a CRM Manager will lead the customer retention strategy, driving customer engagement, loyalty, repeat purchases and lifetime value.

Working closely with Ecommerce, Trading, Insight and Retail teams, the CRM Manager will turn customer insights into targeted activity that drives engagement and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities CRM Manager:

• Develop and deliver the CRM strategy, focused on retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
• Lead the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, retention and loyalty.
• Own and optimise the CRM platform, using segmentation, behavioural data and personalisation to enhance customer journeys.
• Manage the email strategy and wider customer communications across email, SMS and app channels.
• Use customer insights, A/B testing and performance data to optimise campaigns and drive commercial results.
• Ensure GDPR, customer consent and data governance requirements are met.
• Manage and develop the CRM team, as well as external agencies and technology partner.

To be successful in this CRM Manager:

• Ideally having 4+ years' CRM experience within ecommerce, footwear, jewelry, fashion or retail.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms, with solid email marketing expertise.
• Proven experience across customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation and personalisation.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience managing and developing a CRM team.
