Number one ranked law firm in their field is looking to hire an ambitious Junior candidate who is looking for their first Legal PA role to carry out a mixture of PA and secretarial duties for an allocation of fee earners in the Commercial Litigation team.

• Salary to £40,000

Step-up to Legal PA – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diary management, monitoring inboxes, travel arrangements and itineraries
• Assisting with the billing, compliance and expenses processes on behalf of the team, to include generating bills and collating WIP reports
• Work closely and effectively with the wider Legal PA team, providing support in cases of holidays and absences
• Manage telephone calls, taking accurate messages and being an ambassador both internally and externally for team and first port of call for clients

Step-up to Legal PA – What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar / Administrative role supporting fee earners at a City law firm
• Excellent document production skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience of legal financial administration including time recording, billing and expense management
• Commercial Litigation experience desirable
