E Junior Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Stats Profit, a data-led football betting membership service built on more than a decade of historical football research, probability modelling and transparent performance tracking.

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Outbound Telesales Executive to take ownership of a cold B2C sales process from first contact through to paid annual membership.

This is not a scripted call-centre role.

You will be provided with a prospect list, access to the Stats Profit website, PDF brochures, historical performance information and supporting sales material.

Your job will be to quickly understand the product, design your own end-to-end sales strategy, implement it, refine it and convert completely cold prospects into paying customers.

The Role

You will work 10 guaranteed hours per week during an initial 4-week paid trial.

Across the trial, you will receive approximately 1,000 unique prospect phone numbers to manage as your own sales pipeline.

You will be responsible for the complete sales journey, including:

• Making proactive outbound calls to a cold B2C audience
• Quickly understanding Stats Profit, its methodology, results and membership offer
• Designing and presenting your own end-to-end B2C sales strategy
• Building rapport quickly with people who have never heard of Stats Profit
• Identifying genuine interest and qualifying prospects
• Sending supporting information where appropriate
• Handling objections confidently and professionally
• Managing callbacks and follow-ups
• Moving interested prospects towards purchase
• Keeping accurate records of calls, conversations and outcomes
• Providing clear weekly sales KPIs
• Reviewing what is working and continually improving your approach
• Representing Stats Profit accurately and responsibly

What Success Looks Like

This is a genuine opportunity to prove your sales ability.

The initial four-week trial will have clear performance expectations.

Target: 5 paid annual memberships

Stretch target: 8 paid annual memberships

We are not simply looking for somebody who can make a high volume of calls.

We want someone who can build a pipeline, understand customer behaviour, follow up intelligently, handle objections and close business.

Strong performers may be offered ongoing work with the potential to increase from 10 to 15 hours per week, alongside continued commission and performance-related rewards.

If more than one candidate produces exceptional results, there may be opportunities for more than one successful person.

What We Are Looking For

You could be a strong fit if you:

• Have experience in outbound telesales, B2C sales, telephone sales or new business
• Are confident speaking to completely cold prospects
• Are comfortable selling a specialist product over the telephone
• Can create your own sales strategy rather than relying entirely on a script
• Are persuasive, resilient and comfortable handling rejection
• Understand the importance of follow-up and pipeline management
• Can learn a specialist product quickly
• Can explain detailed information in a simple and engaging way
• Are organised and comfortable reporting your own KPIs
• Are motivated by targets, commission and the opportunity to prove yourself

Football or betting knowledge is useful but not essential.

Sales ability, confidence, commercial judgement, resilience and the ability to learn quickly are more important.

Your Sales Strategy

You will receive access to the Stats Profit website, PDF brochures and supporting sales information.

You will then be expected to develop and present your own proposed end-to-end B2C sales strategy.

We want to understand how you would approach:

• Presenting historical results responsibly
• Sending supporting information

• Following up interested prospects
• Moving prospects towards a purchase
• Measuring and improving conversion performance

We are looking for someone who can think as well as sell.

Calling Setup

This is a fully remote position.

You will use your own mobile phone but will be required to purchase a separate SIM on a suitable 30-day SIM-only plan specifically for outbound calls relating to the assignment.

The agreed SIM cost will be reimbursed as part of the assignment.

All prospect data required for the trial will be provided.
