We are seeking a polished and proactive Client Service Host who will act as a highly visible and welcoming presence within a premium corporate environment. In this role, you will ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, care and service excellence.

Working across two high-profile locations, you will play a key role in supporting colleagues, guests, meetings and events while maintaining outstanding service standards throughout the day. This position is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who takes pride in creating memorable workplace experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional and personalised welcome to colleagues, visitors and clients.
• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service, including preparation, presentation, replenishment and clearing.
• Act as an ambassador for the workplace, creating memorable hospitality experiences for colleagues and guests.
• Monitor hospitality and service areas throughout the day to ensure excellent presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain stock levels and proactively address service requirements and guest needs.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with meeting room and event set-up, hospitality delivery, refreshments and post-event breakdown.
• Anticipate client and colleague needs, resolving routine issues promptly and escalating where appropriate.
