SALES EXECUTIVE

SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:

We're recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a fast-growing international events business, either on a temporary or permanent basis. Working from a vibrant Wimbledon office, you'll focus on proactive outbound sales and event space bookings while collaborating with a high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic B2B environment spanning multiple global industries.
SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:
- Working to win new business via proactive outbound calls
- Working to monthly KPIs for selling exhibition space
- Working collaboratively with the marketing team to access new leads
- Generating leads through market research and networking
- Attending industry events to access new business opportunities
- Managing a high volume of outbound calls, resulting in 90+ minutes of connected call time daily
- Creating pitches for prospective companies to win business
- Working across different industry events
- Travelling to different event locations, including international travel where required
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
- Maintaining relationships with exhibitors, sponsors and industry contacts to drive repeat business
- Handling enquiries and negotiating contracts
- Maintaining an in-house CRM and Excel-based system to track progress
- Having a minimum of 6 months' outbound sales experience
- Having phone-based sales experience
- Having B2B sales experience
- Working to and achieving sales KPIs
- Working fully office-based, with hours of 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
- Earning commission at 10% of monthly billings, with an annual discretionary bonus opportunity based on performance
- Receiving 25 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
