An independent and well-established property consultancy are looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll work across a varied portfolio of projects and clients, providing pre and post contract cost consultancy services throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll be involved in cost planning, estimating, procurement, tendering, cost reporting, contract administration and final accounts, while working closely with clients, design teams and contractors.

This consultancy works across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial and logistics, retail, hospitality, data centres and student accommodation, giving you the opportunity to build a genuinely diverse project portfolio.

This role would suit an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership, wants direct exposure to senior leadership and values working within an environment where client relationships and quality of service genuinely matter.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
• Strong consultancy experience
• Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Confident working directly with clients
• Ambitious, proactive and collaborative
