The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a key programme supporting International Commercial functions within a leading global pharmaceutical organisation based in Paddington.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring that prioritised business initiatives are delivered successfully throughout 2026, allowing senior business stakeholders to focus on strategic planning, road mapping, business planning, and risk management activities.
You will work closely with business and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, supporting delivery activities, and managing stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with International Commercial stakeholders to understand business priorities and objectives.
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation activities.
- Support the delivery of operational and minor project initiatives across commercial functions.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with technical and business teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Track actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
- Produce high-quality project and business analysis documentation.
- Work independently to drive workstreams forward while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Support local business engagement and ensure solutions align with business needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of commercial pharmaceutical processes, terminology, and technology delivery.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM within complex environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong requirements analysis and documentation expertise.
- Experience working with business methodologies and structured delivery approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Pragmatic, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Ideal Background
- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Experience supporting commercial business functions and technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders.
