This is an exciting opportunity for a Process & Automation Engineer to help organisations streamline operations, improve efficiency and unlock value through automation and emerging AI technologies. You'll work across a variety of transformation programmes, designing smarter processes and implementing scalable automation solutions.

You'll work across a variety of transformation programmes, designing smarter processes and implementing scalable automation solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analysing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Designing future-state operating processes and workflows.
- Delivering workflow automation solutions using low-code and RPA technologies.
- Supporting implementation, testing and optimisation activities.
- Working with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Assessing how AI can enhance operational efficiency and automation outcomes.
- Defining KPIs and measuring process improvement benefits.
- Experience in process improvement and automation delivery.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as UiPath, Celonis or similar automation platforms.
- Exposure to Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI or equivalent technologies.
- Understanding of workflow orchestration and API integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
- Passion for automation, AI and operational transformation.
