REPROGRAPHICS TECHNICIAN:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and supportive school in a key role within the wider administration and support team. The successful Reprographics Technician will be responsible for providing an efficient reprographics service across the school, ensuring staff have the resources they need to support teaching and learning.
You will be responsible for producing and distributing high-quality printed materials, including worksheets, booklets, examination papers, displays and other resources. You will work closely with teaching and administrative staff and will need to manage competing deadlines in a busy school environment.
The role would suit an experienced Reprographics Technician or someone with strong administrative, printing or office-based experience who is confident using reprographics equipment and working to tight deadlines.
The role is to start ASAP and will be for the remainder of the academic year.
To be considered for this Reprographics Technician role you must have:
Experience working in a reprographics, administrative, printing or school-based environment.
Confident using photocopiers, printers, scanners and other reprographics equipment.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
A reliable, proactive and professional approach.
The ability to work effectively with teachers, support staff and students.
The desire to join a successful and supportive school.
