Director Building Surveyor - #2143175

Director Building Surveyor role in London paying a £61,500 base salary with OTE up to £180,000 through a quarterly performance bonus. This is a Permanent Full-time position combining direct client and project involvement with responsibility for revenue, WIP and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Generate building surveying fee income through established clients, contacts and targeted account development.
• Lead strategic client relationships and develop recurring programmes and portfolio commissions.
• Grow revenue across project management, technical due diligence, dilapidations and wider building consultancy services.
• Identify multidisciplinary opportunities across cost, project management, ESG, fire and related property disciplines.
• Own WIP, billing, recovery and profitability across personally generated clients and managed instructions.

Requirements

• MRICS chartered status.
• Substantial senior commercial building surveying consultancy experience.
• Established client relationships capable of generating recurring professional fee income.
• Proven experience winning instructions and developing client accounts.
• Commercial responsibility for revenue, WIP, billing and profitability.

Salary & Package

• £61,500 base salary
• Quarterly bonus worth 40% of qualifying fee income above cost.
