Looking for a night role that's a little more high-end than your average security position?

We're recruiting a Night Security Officer for an exclusive residential estate a stone throw from Regent's Park, where security, discretion and exceptional resident service all go hand in hand.

The role

Working independently overnight, you'll be responsible for keeping the estate secure while providing a professional, discreet and genuinely helpful service to residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring CCTV, access control, fire alarm and security systems
• Completing hourly perimeter patrols and vehicle security checks
• Managing key control and authorised access across the estate
• Receiving and delivering resident deliveries
• Providing a high level of resident service, including assisting with vehicles, doors and luggage
• Responding to alarms, lift issues and incidents, while maintaining accurate security logs and escalating concerns

About you

You'll need a valid SIA licence and ideally have experience within:

• High-end residential security

• Night concierge or porter roles

• 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality

• Another premium, customer-facing security environment

Most importantly, you'll be professional, well-presented, discreet and confident dealing with residents.

This isn't simply a CCTV and patrol role. Residents expect a high level of service, so you'll need to be happy helping with deliveries, luggage, doors and general requests with a friendly and proactive approach.

Strong communication skills and a good command of spoken and written English are essential.
