Profile

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in planning law, ideally gained within a recognised regional, national or international law firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of planning, development and infrastructure matters, with experience advising a broad client base.
• Experience drafting and negotiating planning agreements, undertaking planning due diligence and advising on planning strategy.
• Commercially minded with the ability to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Job Offer

• Permanent position based in London.
• Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
