Description

Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in planning law, ideally gained within a recognised regional, national or international law firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of planning, development and infrastructure matters, with experience advising a broad client base.
- Experience drafting and negotiating planning agreements, undertaking planning due diligence and advising on planning strategy.
- Commercially minded with the ability to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Job Offer
- Permanent position based in London.
- Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
