Project Manager – Fire Safety Remediation - #2143529

My client is a medium-sized residential contractor and developer with an established housing portfolio. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in fire safety remediation to manage a programme of works bringing high rise residential projects in line with BSR requirements.

This is a specialist role, and you must have experience across both external and internal remediation, including:

• Cladding and external refurbishment
• Drylining
• Compartmentation and fire stopping
• Associated M&E services
• Fire safety remediation

You will need a strong understanding of the Building Safety Regulator (BSR), Building Safety Act, Golden Thread and Gateway requirements, with the ability to manage projects whilst ensuring compliance, quality and documentation are maintained.

This is not a generalist Project Manager role. My client needs someone who genuinely understands fire remediation and can look at the building as a whole, externals and internals.
