We're working with an exciting, fast-growing AI technology company that is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join its London team.

Their platform is already used by 1,500+ healthcare professionals globally, with customers across the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves the combination of technology, problem-solving and working directly with customers.

What you'll be doing:

* Onboarding new customers and leading product demos
* Providing ongoing customer and technical support
* Troubleshooting platform, configuration and technical issues
* Managing support tickets, bugs and customer requests
* Working closely with the Product Development team
* Keeping customers updated throughout the resolution process
* Identifying recurring issues and suggesting product improvements

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience in a technical/customer support role within a technology company
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
* Confidence explaining technical issues in a simple way
* Ability to pick up new software and technology quickly
* Someone who will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Experience with AI or prompt generation would be a bonus, but it isn't essential.
