In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems across various facilities. Your expertise in F-Gas regulations—pertaining to the handling of fluorinated greenhouse gases—will ensure compliance with environmental standards while delivering top-tier service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead maintenance operations, troubleshoot complex equipment, and contribute to energy-efficient building management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on air conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals, then execute effective solutions swiftly.
  • Repair or replace equipment components such as compressors, fans, filters, and control systems to maintain system integrity.
  • Manage refrigerant handling in compliance with F-Gas regulations, including recovery, recharge, and leak detection procedures.
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to facilitate precise troubleshooting.
  • Lead small teams or contractors during maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are upheld.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with air conditioning systems and HVAC equipment in commercial or industrial settings.
  • F-Gas certification demonstrating knowledge of refrigerant handling regulations and environmental compliance.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex schematics and technical drawings.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment repair, installation, and maintenance tasks within construction environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while guiding junior team members when necessary.
  • Knowledge of building construction processes related to HVAC system integration is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.

Join them if you're passionate about delivering high-quality HVAC solutions that promote energy efficiency and environmental responsibility! We value energetic professionals eager to make a tangible impact through their expertise in air conditioning systems and regulatory compliance.
