PSR Solutions are recruiting for all level Engineers in London to work for a Civils contractor.

Responsible for providing engineering support across multiple civil engineering projects, overseeing setting out activities, quality assurance, resource planning, and the development of Site Engineers. Ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish survey and level control, oversee setting out activities, and verify engineering accuracy.
• Support Site Agents and Project Managers in planning, resource allocation, procurement, and project delivery.
• Supervise and mentor Site Engineers, trainees, and junior engineers.
• Lead quality processes, including ITPs, Quality Management Plans, audits, and handover documentation.
• Prepare method statements, deliver toolbox talks, and promote health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Manage engineering records, as-built information, and project documentation.
• Attend design and project meetings, providing technical input and engineering solutions.
• Support recruitment and development of engineering staff.

Requirements

• Experience in setting out civil engineering projects, including highways, infrastructure, and reinforced concrete works.
• Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• CSCS Card, SMSTS, and Confined Space qualifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering surveying techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.
