You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of goods, equipment, and engineering assets, while supporting compliance activities and maintaining operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods and equipment.
  • Coordinate the movement and tracking of engineering assets and tools.
  • Support compliance activities, including scheduling and tracking equipment calibrations.
  • Manage equipment servicing requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee inventory and asset control, ensuring all items are tracked effectively.
  • Support the management of technology equipment, including issuing replacement devices when required.
  • Liaise with engineers and operational teams to ensure equipment availability and readiness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting relating to logistics and compliance activities.

About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, practical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience within a warehouse, logistics, stores or inventory management environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing stock, assets, or equipment records.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Desirable

  • Previous experience supporting engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of calibration, servicing schedules or compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing technology assets or equipment.
  • Forklift licence or experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • Experience using stock management, ERP or asset tracking systems.

What's on Offer?

  • Opportunity to play a key role within a growing operation.
  • Varied and interesting workload with responsibility across logistics, compliance and asset management.
  • Stable Monday to Friday working hours.
  • Supportive team environment with opportunities for development.
