What will you do as an International Shipping Coordinator

• Coordinate international export shipments by road, sea, air and courier
• Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers
• Prepared export documentation, including invoices and certificates of origin
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and correct Incoterms
• Track international orders and resolve shipping issues
• Liaise with warehouses, 3PL partners and international distributors

What will you need to be an International Shipping Coordinator

• Strong analytical skills and intermittent excel user
• Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Experience preparing export documentation
• Experience in Food or FMCG would be ideal
• Happy to be office based 5 days a week
