The business is continuing to expand its investment monitoring offering and is looking for a senior professional to help develop this area further. This role suits a success-driven leader who wants to build a bigger platform-growing a service line, leading people, and developing toward board level over time.

The Role:

• Lead and grow the bank / investment monitoring service line within a national real estate consultancy
• Hands-on delivery plus business development, performance targets, and mentoring junior team members
• Lead and develop the investment monitoring service line
• Deliver bank and investment monitoring instructions from end to end
• Develop and implement the business plan for the monitoring service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Support the management and development of the technical team
• Drive technical quality, commercial performance and best practice

The Person:

• Background in consultancy, banking, or asset management
• Proven investment monitoring experience
• Highly client-focused with the drive to grow a service line and win work
