Fabric Data Engineer - London (Hybrid) - Up to £90,000 - Permanent

We're working alongside a leading Microsoft solutions organisation that's at the forefront of Data, AI and Business Intelligence applications. Following some consistent growth and investment across their Microsoft Data practice, they're looking for a Microsoft Fabric Consultant to help modernise the internal analytics solutions.

The Role

• Designing, building and optimising data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse and Databricks.
• Implementing scalable data solutions to ingest, transform and serve large volumes of data.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Designing and implementing effective data models using Kimball methodology principles.
• Ensuring data quality, governance and platform reliability.
• Collaborating with consultants, engineers and clients to deliver successful projects.

Key Skills and Experience

• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.
• Good Python and SQL development skills.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of Kimball methodology.
