Facilities Manager - #2145066

We are seeking 2 Area Property Operations Managers to oversee property and facilities management services across custodial sites in Greater London.

Based at HMP Feltham or HMP Wormwood Scrubs, you will oversee predominantly hard FM, managing contractor performance, validating works, conducting audits and ensuring maintenance services are delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day hard and soft FM delivery.

• Managing FM contractor and supplier relationships.

• Attending daily site/governor meetings and identifying estates-related issues.

• Monitoring reactive maintenance and associated budgets.

• Planning planned and preventative maintenance works.

• Providing oversight of estates projects and supporting funding bids.

• Managing stakeholder relationships and resolving operational issues.

• Ensuring works meet required standards, compliance and performance expectations.

Candidates should have strong facilities/property management experience, excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, and a good technical understanding of FM maintenance.
