Data Analyst, Adults Social Care - #2145293

Purpose of the role:
To provide accurate, timely and insightful data analysis to support effective planning, performance management and decision-making across Adult Social Care.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse and interpret adult social care data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Produce regular reports, dashboards and performance information for managers and senior leaders.
• Support statutory reporting, data quality and performance monitoring.
• Work with teams to understand data requirements and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Ensure data is accurate, consistent and handled in line with relevant legislation and information governance requirements.

Essential skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience using Excel and/or data visualisation tools such as Power BI. Experience working with health, social care or local authority data is desirable.
