Senior Paid Media Manager - #2145379

A growing London-based Paid Media and creative agency is looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Account Manager to join its team.

Working with ambitious e-commerce and DTC brands, you'll take ownership of client accounts, manage Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, and work closely with an Account Director on strategy.

This is a hands-on Paid Media role for someone who understands both campaign performance and the commercial side of e-commerce.

• Managing and optimising Paid Media campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Owning day-to-day client relationships and leading performance calls.
• Developing Paid Media strategies focused on growth, ROAS, CPA and revenue.
• Analysing e-commerce performance, creative results and customer economics.
• Troubleshooting tracking, feed and campaign issues.
• Managing and mentoring an Account Executive.
• Identifying opportunities across Paid Media, creative and landing-page optimisation.

• 4+ years of hands-on Paid Media experience, ideally within an agency.
• Strong experience across Paid Search and Paid Social.
• A proven background managing e-commerce accounts.
• Confident with Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV and revenue growth.
• Experience managing client relationships and junior team members.
• Someone curious, commercially minded, accountable and comfortable making decisions.
