Position: Contract Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £62,000 per annum + £5,000 Car Allowance
Hours: Monday - Friday 
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
 
A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee FM operations within a modern corporate facility in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FM professional with a strong background in contract management and proven experience managing P&L.

What you'll do:

• Manage the day-to-day FM operation across a modern corporate facility.
• Lead and support the on-site engineering and facilities management teams.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
• Take responsibility for contract performance, budgets, and P&L management.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, compliance, and operational performance.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.
• Ensure all FM activities are delivered in line with health & safety and statutory requirements.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in a Contract Manager or similar FM management position.
• Strong facilities management background within a corporate/commercial environment.
• Proven experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of hard and soft FM services.
• A professional, organised, and commercially focused approach.
