An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UK team of a rapidly expanding international automotive organisation as a Sales Support Specialist.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within the sales operation, supporting dealer partners, customers and internal stakeholders while helping drive business performance across a growing automotive network.
The OpportunityReporting into the Sales Operations function, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the wider sales team. You will be responsible for sales reporting, customer communications, CRM administration, campaign support and dealer coordination, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day sales activities.
Working closely with dealerships, fleet customers, marketing teams and senior management, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Generate industry reports using SMMT and market insight data.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide analysis to management.
- Coordinate communications between customers, dealers and internal teams.
- Support pricing activities for quarterly campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Manage inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Maintain CRM systems, customer records and discount structures.
- Support fleet sales and Motability administration processes.
- Coordinate marketing materials, events and point-of-sale activities.
- Assist with sales process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Produce accurate reports and presentations for leadership teams.
- Support dealer network activities and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Experience within automotive, leasing, fleet or retail administration environments.
- Previous customer service and administrative experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work with data, reports and sales information accurately.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Ability to work independently while supporting wider team objectives.

- Strong problem-solving and administrative capability.
£35,000 DOE
