Sales Executive - #2145414

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our client with ultimately driving their revenue growth and value through selling, whilst delivering excellent service.

Your main role will be to proactively sell, engage and build relationships with customers via phone and various other channels, ensuring that you deliver excellent service at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships virtually with existing and potential customers, ensuring effective product matching to best meet with the requirements of the customer and support them in growing their business.
• Deploy effective sales techniques over the phone, to profile and understand the needs of the customer, using this information to maximise margin
• Negotiate within the commercial parameters in order to leverage additional sales and margin
• Maintain knowledge on products, pricing and promotions to address customer enquiries and maximise sales opportunities
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, demonstrating motivation, resilience and a proactive approach to sales activities and consistently striving for excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1-year recent experience of dealing with customers in a retail / contact centre / sales environment
• Transferable skills that will support good customer experience such as strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
• Requirement to be comfortable working in a fast-paced KPI driven, sales environment
• Good at multitasking and good analytical skills

What’s on Offer:

• Annual starting / basic salary of circa £29 000
• Monthly commission – earn up to £1000 a month
