Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation and optimisation of talent management technology platforms.
  • Designing and delivering leadership development and organisational capability initiatives.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on talent, development and organisational effectiveness matters.
  • Leading talent-related projects and change initiatives as part of the wider People strategy.
  • Developing governance processes, reporting frameworks and talent metrics to measure effectiveness.

To be successful in this position, you will bring significant experience within talent management, leadership development and organisational capability gained in complex, international and matrixed environments.

You will demonstrate:

  • Experience supporting or leading performance management transformation programmes.
  • A strong track record of delivering leadership development and organisational capability initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes through talent strategies.
  • The ability to influence, challenge and coach senior leaders effectively.

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a practical, delivery-focused approach.
  • Excellent programme and project management capabilities.
  • Experience using talent and performance management systems, ideally SuccessFactors.
  • The ability to utilise workforce and talent analytics to support decision-making.

You will also be resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating within a changing environment, with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and delivering results.

Benefits include:

  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
