Receptionist - #2146253

Receptionist required by a leading Victoria based Membership organisation.

The role is permanent and pays £34 400.

This role is entirely office based. 5 days per week – in Victoria.

The Receptionist will ensure that visitors and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner. That front of house, including reception areas, is clean, safe and appropriately stocked at all times. This includes meeting and refreshment administration and dealing promptly and professionally with all telephone/ reception work.

Duties:

• Answering all incoming calls & transferring to the relevant teams.
• Promptly passing on all telephone messages .
• Responding to complaints, logging calls on spreadsheet.
• To ensure the site is maintained and managed.
• Preparing rooms for meetings.
• Ensuring the office and communal areas are clean & safe.
• Meeting and greeting all visitors/callers in a professional & friendly manner.
• Maintaining Visitors Book, Courier Service, Taxi Service records.
• Booking meeting room requirements & arranging catering needs.
• Preventing unauthorised site access by control of the entry system.
• Signing in visitors.
• Controlling allocation and use of passes and keys/fobs.
• Acting as Fire Marshal and First Aider escorting guests in evacuations.
