Senior Occupational Health Advisor - #2146301

Our Client based in West London is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor - Quality & Assurance to join their friendly and supportive Occupational Health team.

The role is full time, Monday-Friday, with flexible working available and the potential for up to 2 days working remotely per week.

Band 7 salary: £58,133-£65,261

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health professional to join an established team of senior OH practitioners. The role is approximately 80% clinical and 20% service improvement/quality assurance, providing an excellent balance of hands-on clinical work and professional development.

• Providing specialist Occupational Health advice to employees and managers

• Management referrals and case management

• Health clearance and health surveillance

• Workplace health, rehabilitation and wellbeing advice

• Clinical audit, governance and quality improvement

• Supporting SEQOHS accreditation and maintaining clinical standards

• Developing and reviewing OH policies, procedures and clinical guidelines

• Supporting and mentoring junior OH colleagues

• Contributing to service development and continuous improvement

• NMC Registered Nurse

• Part 3 NMC Register - SCPHN

• 3+ years' Occupational Health nursing experience

• 2+ years' experience as an OH Team Leader, Mentor or Manager

• Experience in clinical governance, quality standards and audit

• Strong communication, leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills

• Current Occupational Health clinical knowledge

Desirable:

• Experience or knowledge of SEQOHS accreditation

• Project management experience

• Additional qualification in Health & Safety, Wellbeing, Health Promotion or Business Management
