Quality Assurance Administrator - #2146352

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is working with a leading corporate housing provider who are looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their UK team.

You will coordinate pre-arrival property inspections with suppliers across the UK, review inspection reports, identify any issues and work with suppliers to ensure properties meet the required standards before guest check-in.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-arrival inspections with suppliers across the UK.
• Review inspection reports and ensure properties meet quality standards.
• Identify and follow up on any issues with suppliers.
• Manage inspection schedules, bookings and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback.
• Support reporting and ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in Corporate Housing, Relocation, Hospitality, Property, Real Estate or a similar sector.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Confident communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and related systems.
