Contracts Manager - #2147075

OCS are recruiting for a highly renowned and respected RC Frame/Groundworks. Following several significant contract awards, they have secured an excellent order book for Q3 and Q4, creating the need for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their senior operational team.


The Opportunity
This role will suit a Contracts Manager currently working for a RC Frame/Groundworks contractor who enjoys taking ownership of projects. You'll oversee multiple projects across London and the Home Counties, working closely with experienced Project Managers, Commercial teams and Directors to ensure schemes are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standards.
Projects typically range from £5m to £50m+.

• Managing multiple RC Frame/Groundworks
• Leading Project Managers, Site Managers and Engineering teams.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Driving programme performance, quality and profitability.
• Managing operational budgets and project resources.
• Ensuring Health & Safety remains the number one priority.
• Reporting directly to the Operations Director.

You'll ideally have

• A proven track record managing RC Frame/Groundworks projects.
• Strong operational and commercial awareness.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with leading developers and main contractors.
• Ideally come from an engineering background. 
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.
