EA to Directors and team - #2147165

A team EA is required for technology client with flexibility. The role requires an engaging, highly organised EA to join a close-knit, collaborative team. Reporting directly to the Directors and wider leadership team you will provide senior level support across the CEO, CFO and COO, managing complex diaries, shifting priorities and high level meeting coordination. The position also includes coordination of global travel and itineraries with hands on involvement in internal and external events, board preparation, presentation production and confident stakeholder management. You will act as a trusted point of contact, provide occasional private support, and play a key role in the team. The ideal person will need to be personable and relationship driven, exceptionally organised and proactive and thrive in a fast paced, unstructured environment where priorities evolve quickly. You will need to enjoy building and improving processes, are calm under pressure, commercially minded, confident with senior stakeholders and happy balancing high level business support with hands on delivery and ad hoc requirements with a genuine team player mentality who rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in.

Ideally this is a role to start asap and is hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
