GTM Program Manager - Cloud Marketplace - SaaS - #2147169

I'm recruiting for a Global Program Manager to join a leading global technology business, supporting the continued expansion of its Cloud Marketplaces programme across partners including Microsoft and AWS.

This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships, Operations and Programme Management, helping drive revenue through cloud marketplace procurement.

What you'll be doing:

* Managing and supporting Cloud Marketplace opportunities through the deal lifecycle
* Partnering with Sales and Partner Managers on pipeline and marketplace transactions
* Acting as a key point of contact across Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Revenue Assurance, Credit and Order Management
* Reviewing marketplace pipeline and maintaining accurate Salesforce/CRM data
* Producing reporting and analytics using Excel and Power BI
* Supporting deal structures and marketplace approval processes
* Managing projects and process enhancements across Salesforce and associated systems
* Tracking product listings and marketplace initiatives through to completion
* Producing regular communications and updates for sales teams and management
* Supporting wider programme governance and operational improvements

What we're looking for:

* Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP
* Experience working with Salesforce or another enterprise CRM
* Strong reporting/data skills; Power BI experience highly desirable
* Experience in programme/project management, sales operations, deal desk, commercial operations or marketplace operations
* Comfortable working across large, complex, cross-functional organisations
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Experience within SaaS, cloud, enterprise technology or hyperscaler environments would be particularly relevant

This is a global role, so some flexibility around working hours is required.
