A well-established consultancy firm in the heart of London is looking for an experienced Business Support professional to provide seamless support to their team
Description
What you'll be doing:
- Managing diaries, scheduling and travel arrangements for Partners
- Coordinating meetings, events, company away days and client functions
- Handling expenses, project administration and day-to-day office operations
- Supporting AML and compliance procedures alongside external consultants
- Assisting with CRM and business improvement projects
- Preparing communications, event invitations and campaigns
- Managing social media channels and website updates
- Acting as a key point of contact across the business and supporting the wider team
Profile
About you:
- Proven PA or Senior Administrative experience, probably around 5 years in a similar role
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Comfortable handling confidential and compliance-sensitive information
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Good technical skills (MS Office/Xero) with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience with AML/compliance processes, social media or website management would be advantageous
