Chief of Staff - Contract - #2147337

SALT is supporting a market-leading global technology and professional services business who are seeking a Chief of Staff position partnering directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic execution, organisational effectiveness, and business transformation initiatives.

The role will act as a trusted advisor across key business priorities, leading cross-functional programmes, supporting board and investor engagement, and ensuring delivery against strategic objectives during a period of significant growth and change.

KEY CONTRACT DETAILS

• 6+ month contract, outside IR35
• Hybrid working in London
• Rate DOE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to execute strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Lead large-scale transformation and change programmes across multiple functions.
• Drive organisational effectiveness initiatives to improve operational performance and business outcomes.
• Coordinate and manage high-priority cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Support board reporting, governance activities, and investor engagement processes.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor, providing insight and recommendations on critical business decisions.

ABOUT YOU

• 15+ years' experience within strategy, management consulting, business operations, or executive leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale transformation and change programmes.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess business performance.
• Experience working closely with Boards, investors, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and programme leadership skills.
