We are currently recruiting an HR Manager on behalf of our asset management client based in London. Part of a global HR team and reporting to the HR Director, EMEA, you will will act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across the EMEA region (c170 employees), delivering high quality, commercially aligned HR support within a fast-paced, globally integrated asset management business. This role blends hands on advisory work with strategic project involvement, particularly around organisational change in the UK, cross border HR initiatives, and mergers & acquisitions. Given the size of the EMEA operation, the role also includes general administrative and coordination responsibilities to ensure smooth day to day HR operations.

It is essential that you have proven HR generalist/business partnering experience within financial services, asset management, or another highly regulated sector, together with a strong understanding of UK employment law and exposure to European employment practices. You should be comfortable working in a small, hands on regional team with a mix of strategic and administrative responsibilities and have the ability to operate autonomously in a matrixed, global organisation.
