Location: Bank, City of London

Salary: £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £45,000+, Year 2 £70,000+, Year 3 £100,000+)

The Role

You’ll be joining as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, developing deep market expertise in the FinTech space and managing relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research and market mapping to identify top tech talent
• Interviewing candidates and managing the recruitment process end-to-end
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Developing insights into market trends, competitor activity, and talent movement
• Establishing new business connections within your specialist market
