Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Technology

Location: London

Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission

OTE: £45,000+ (Year One) , £73,000 (Year 2) , £110,000 (Year 3)

The Role:

As a Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained across the full recruitment process, including:

• Sourcing and engaging technology professionals
• Advertising vacancies and screening CVs
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
• Negotiating offers and securing placements

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role suited to confident individuals who enjoy working towards clear goals.

About You:

• Graduate or early-career professional (degree preferred but not essential)
• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with people
• Motivated, competitive, and results-focused
• Well organised with a strong work ethic
• Interest in technology or commercial experience is an advantage
