Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of BMS application engineers to deliver complex projects to high standards.
• Oversee the creation and improvement of software libraries, documentation, and engineering processes.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout design, commissioning, and optimisation phases.
• Ensure systems perform efficiently, supporting clients with energy and operational improvements.
• Foster collaboration between engineering, projects, and service teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proven experience managing within BMS or building controls industry.
• Advanced technical knowledge of HVAC principles and BMS software protocols.
• Proven leadership ability with a focus on mentoring and developing others.
• Background in control system design, commissioning, and support.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, Health & Safety, and risk management.
