Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build your career in recruitment within a fast-paced, high-performing environment? We are partnering with one of the world's leading global organisations to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to support a busy talent acquisition team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of recruitment, HR, or coordination exposure who thrives in a fast - paced setting and enjoys managing multiple priorities at once.

• Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Manage candidate scheduling and recruitment logistics
• Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Ensure an excellent candidate journey from application through to onboarding
• Maintain accurate records within recruitment and HR systems
• Assist with offer administration, documentation, and compliance processes
• Handle high volumes of activity while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

• 1-3 years in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, HR, or a similar support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge using ATS, HRIS, or recruitment systems is advantageous
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with urgency when required

• £172 per day PAYE
• Equivalent annual salary of approximately £39,000
• 9-month contract
