Freelance Creative Director
£500 per day | Outside IR35 | 3 Months | London Hybrid

We're working with a leading creative agency looking for an experienced Creative Director to join their team on a freelance basis for an initial 3-month booking.

This is a senior creative role for someone who can lead from the front - bringing big ideas, strong conceptual thinking and excellent creative direction across integrated and social campaigns.

The Role:

• Lead creative development across brand and campaign briefs

• Generate big, original and culturally relevant ideas

• Develop concepts from initial thought through to execution

• Provide creative direction across social, digital and integrated channels

• Lead and inspire teams of Creatives, Designers, Copywriters and other specialists

• Present and sell creative thinking to clients

• Work closely with Strategy, Production and Account teams

• Help shape pitches, new business and proactive creative opportunities

• Ensure a consistently high creative standard across all work

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience at Creative Director / Associate Creative Director level

• Strong advertising or creative agency background

• Exceptional conceptual and campaign thinking

• Experience leading creative teams and directing projects

• Strong presentation and client-facing skills

• A portfolio demonstrating high-level integrated, digital and/or social campaigns

• Commercially aware, collaborative and comfortable working at pace

• Strong understanding of contemporary culture, brands and communications

Details:

• Initial 3-month freelance contract

• £500 per day

• Outside IR35

• London hybrid - approximately 2-3 days per week in the office

• Creative/advertising agency

• ASAP start
