Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to take the next step in your career with a leading independent financial planning firm?

We're working with a highly respected, fully independent wealth management business with an outstanding reputation in the industry. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Senior IFA Administrator to support one of their top-performing Advisers, working with a sophisticated portfolio of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.

The Role

This is far more than a standard administration position. You'll play a key role in delivering a first-class client experience while providing technical support across the full financial planning process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing Letters of Authority (LOAs) and provider correspondence

Pension transfers and investment transactions

Fund switches and portfolio administration

Preparing illustrations, valuations and client documentation

Supporting client meetings and annual reviews

Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems

Liaising with providers, platforms and third parties

Technical administration across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning strategies

Working closely with a highly successful Adviser to ensure a seamless client journey
