• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across public and private sector organisations.
• Develop strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development, Talent, and Senior Leadership stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
• Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and virtual meetings to prospective clients.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately update CRM systems with activity and forecast information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client success.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and partnership development.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
