Banking Loans Operations - #2148575

Our client a Global Bank is looking for an experience Loans Operations candidate. For this position only candidates with the correct experience can only be considered.The ideal candidate would have experience working in Loans covering documentation but also understand process side, payments and full loans administration.

Duties include 

• Set up, amend, and monitor facilities in the bank’s system.
• Verify that facilities documents comply with terms, regulatory requirements, and internal  policies.
• Swift Payments 
• Generate and maintain reports for loans administration to different parties
• Assist in monitoring covenant requirements and ensure the fulfilment of approval conditions.
• Assist and support project related or process improvement tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the department.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in Loans or legal documentation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Legal academic background or related working experience will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in written and numerical tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel (including formulas and pivot table) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
