We're supporting a growing specialist SAP consultancy looking to add an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant with experince in Emplyee central (EC) and Recruitment Managment (RCM) to its People & Organisation team.

It's a close-knit environment with a strong SAP SuccessFactors project pipeline, where consultants get broader exposure, more visibility with senior leadership and the chance to take on more responsibility as the practice grows.

The main focus is Employee Central and Recruiting Management. Candidates should have certification and hands on implementation experience in at least 1 of these areas.

You'll be involved across areas such as:

• Client workshops and requirements gathering
• SuccessFactors configuration and solution design
• Testing, go-live and support
• Working directly with HR and business stakeholders
• Supporting wider SuccessFactors and HR transformation projects
