As Supervisor you will be responsible for both assisting in the training, development and management of the small team + providing excellent customer service, maximising sales opportunities and assisting with the general running of the store.

Retail Supervisor MUST HAVE’S:

• At least one year's UK retail customer service experience for an established brand.
• Passion for customer service, with the ability to build quick customer relationships.
• Worked in buy retail environment
• Fluent in English

Retail Supervisor Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Provide guidance and support to retail staff, including training and development
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in creating work schedules and managing employee time-off requests
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for retail staff
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
