IFA Administrator - #2148764

You'll support high-net-worth clients in a well-established IFA practice, earning £35,000 to £42,000 depending on experience. This IFA Administrator role offers genuine progression, qualification support, and a family-feel office where people stay because they enjoy coming to work.

Your purpose

You'll be the backbone of the adviser team, producing client correspondence, reviewing fact-find packs and ensuring every detail is right before anything leaves the office. The advisers rely on you to know the products ISAs, pensions, bonds – without needing to check back, so they can focus on client meetings while you manage the documentation pipeline.

Your day to day

- Preparing client letters, reports and review packs to a high standard with minimal supervision

- Checking documentation for accuracy and completeness before issue

- Maintaining client records and ensuring all compliance paperwork is up to date

- Responding to client queries by phone and email as the first point of contact

- Supporting advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up administration

- Processing new business and managing the flow of cases through to completion

IFA Administrator Requirements

- Essential: 10 to 15 years' experience in IFA administration, with solid product knowledge across ISAs, pensions and investment wrappers

- Essential: GCSE-level or equivalent English and maths – you'll be tested on accuracy during the interview process

- Essential: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot errors without prompting

- Desirable: Level 4 Diploma or other relevant qualifications

- Essential: A professional, friendly manner on the phone – you're often the client's first point of contact
