The Company

This is a boutique, privately owned event production and design company that physically builds and delivers what it designs, with an in-house scenic fabrication team alongside its studio. The client roster spans global luxury brands, high-net-worth private clients and government, with work concentrated in some of the capital's most prestigious heritage venues. People who join tend to stay, and the business is growing quickly, targeting a significant revenue milestone in the next year.

The Role

The Event Visualizer sits at the intersection of the sales and scenic departments, turning client briefs and mood boards into the high-quality renders and spatial plans that win business and guide the build team.

- Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and renders for pitches and client presentations

- Develop detailed 2D floor plans and spatial layouts for complex events

- Translate creative concepts, sketches and references into realistic event environments

- Contribute creatively to the design process, not just visualise finished briefs

- Integrate AI tools to accelerate output and push visual quality forward

- Mentor and manage workflow for the junior graphic designer

- Collaborate closely with scenic fabricators, production managers and the sales team

The Candidate

The right Event Visualizer will have a portfolio that demonstrates real event or experiential design work, with strong 3D rendering and 2D drafting skills and a clear understanding of how spatial and technical production constraints shape a design. You are comfortable contributing ideas before a concept is finished, not just visualising decisions already made.

Backgrounds in staging, exhibitions or experiential are all worth considering alongside pure events experience. What matters most is the quality of the work and an appetite to lead, not just execute. An Event Visualizer who wants to own a department and grow with a business heading in a clear direction will find this role fits.
