Interim Financial Controller | PE-Backed Professional Services - #2148803

I'm currently working with a number of PE-backed businesses across the legal, professional services and wider business services sectors who are looking for experienced interim finance professionals.

I'm keen to speak with Interim Financial Controllers / Group FCs who have experience working in:

• Professional services, legal or wider business services
• PE-backed or investor-backed environments
• Multi-entity / group structures
• Month-end, management accounts and financial reporting
• Group consolidation and statutory reporting
• M&A, acquisition integration or buy-and-build environments
• Finance transformation, systems and process improvement
• Board, investor and lender reporting
• Working closely with CFOs and senior leadership teams

The ideal profile will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent), commercially minded and comfortable being hands-on in a fast-moving environment.

Experience within an acquisitive or PE-backed business would be particularly relevant.

Day rate: £550-£700 depending on experience

Location: London / Hybrid

Contract: Interim
